Adopt-A-Road Application and Use Permit Requirements
Pickups to be made a minimum of two times a year
Notify Road Commission prior to day of pick up.
Pick up trash bags at Road Commission and advise Road Commission of number used. Road Commission will remove and dispose of filled bags.
During the actual pickup, a designated adult shall be in charge of the group as safety coordinator and to supervise group activities.
Pick up activities shall be confined to one side of the road right-of-way at a time.
The personal safety of the group is of the utmost importance with consideration being given to emergency first aid, communication transportation, if needed.
