PERMITS

Permits are issued for various activities in, on or adjacent to roads under the jurisdiction of Cass County Road Commission.

All permits are valid October 1st through September 30th except Pier permits which are valid March 1st through November 1st. 

All permits require $300,000 General Liability Insurance, naming Cass County Road Commission as certificate holder. Contractors
are required to name Cass County Road Commission, Commissioners and Employees as additional insured.  All Pier Permits,
require $500,000 and Sewer Installation require $1,000,000 liability with additional insured listed.
